Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer (4 on 4 off) Static Hospital Site £45,000 + Overtime | Days & Nights (7–7) We are recruiting a Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a static hospital site in Hammersmith, working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (12-hour shifts, days and nights 7am–7pm). This is a long-term, stable opportunity on an important hospital in West London, ideal for engineers who are happy to be upskilled and put on courses to work in a critical healthcare environment. What You’ll Get * Up to £45,000 basic salary * Overtime available (on your terms). * 4 on 4 off (days & nights, 12-hour shifts) * Static site – no travel * Stable, long-term FM contract * Ongoing training & healthcare compliance upskilling * Large, supportive on-site engineering team Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance * Maintain and repair: * Lighting * Control Panels * Motors * Power Distribution * Circuits * Alarms * Work within a live hospital environment following permits and RAMS * Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations * Update works via CAFM systems Requirements * City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) * 17th/18th Edition * PPM and reactive maintenance experience * Able to work days and nights (4 on 4 off shift pattern) Apply now with your CV or contact Kieran for a confidential discussion
